Overview
Modular fabrication is increasingly used in process gas systems to improve fabrication accuracy, reduce on-site installation time, and maintain consistency across repeated equipment modules. For this project, United Service Consultants supported the fabrication of process gas modules through parametric family creation, detailed module parts modelling, and fabrication-ready assembly sheets.
By building parametric Revit families for standard components, our team enabled consistent, repeatable modelling across multiple module types — streamlining both the design and fabrication process for the client's process gas systems.
Scope of Work
Parametric Family Creation
Custom parametric Revit families were developed for standard process gas components, enabling consistent, reusable modelling across multiple module types and reducing modelling time on future projects.
Module Parts Creation
Individual module components were modelled in detail, capturing precise dimensions and configurations required for accurate fabrication and assembly.
Assembly Sheet
Fabrication-ready assembly sheets were produced directly from the model, giving the shop fabrication team clear, accurate reference drawings for building each module.
